You have to be careful otherwise you just taste the seasonings.<BR/><BR/>The clan here likes my teriyaki lamb chops, just don't marinate them very long (hour or so).<BR/><BR/>I have made it with spicy seasonings, but it overpowers the lamb taste quickly.<BR/><BR/>My barbie gets used everyday --I need to do a blog write-up about Chen (that's its name).<BR/><BR/>A traditional way of making it here (from the UK) is minted lamb.
